ABOUT GRANITE HALL SHORES
Granite Hall Shores is a property owners association located on beautiful Lake Gaston in Mecklenburg County, VA.
Incorporated in 2002, Granite Hall Shores is a self-managed POA comprised of 86 lots of varying sizes. Some lots offer lake front or lake views while others are non-water front. We are a private property owners association with a mixture of fulltime and seasonal residents as well as lots that have not been developed.
We have a community recreational area with a covered pavilion, grill, and boat dock with day slips for boats.

Granite Hall Shores is a covenant protected community. New and perspective owners are encouraged to review our governing documents as they specify the restrictions, processes and requirements that must be followed by all property owners.
